I'm Vanessa, a maternity photographer based in Laguna de Duero. My approach to maternity photography stems from a constant search for naturalness: I want your images to transport you to that unique moment, evoking the sensations, anticipation and tenderness that pregnancy brings. My style relies on natural light, simple sets and a "less is more" philosophy: I avoid forced poses and prioritize real actions and gestures that reveal the personality of the expectant mother and her relationship with her partner. During the session I guide you with gentle directions—walking hand in hand, exchanging a smile, soft embraces—so you forget the camera and the images flow with spontaneity. I offer sessions both outdoors and in studio. In outdoor shoots we work with golden-hour light and quiet corners that create an intimate, relaxed atmosphere; in studio I pursue a minimalist approach, using neutral tones and compositions that highlight your silhouette. I usually recommend scheduling the session at a stage of pregnancy when the bump is naturally visible, but I always adapt to your needs and pace. My process is personal and collaborative: from the first contact we talk about your ideas, tastes and style; on the day of the session I create a relaxed environment where comfort comes first; afterwards I carefully select and edit the images to ensure a consistent aesthetic so the final album becomes a timeless keepsake. I pay attention to small details—hands, glances, textures—because those are the elements that turn a photo into a memory.
