I’m Raquel, a mum and photographer based in El Prat de Llobregat, and my specialty is maternity photography. From the moment my father gave me his old camera, I knew photography would be my way to collect the world; today that gaze is focused on motherhood: capturing the calm, tenderness and strength that come with this unique time. Why choose a pregnancy session with me? Because I understand the delicacy of this moment. I work with a natural, unposed aesthetic: I look for the authentic connection between you and your body, with your partner or with the children already at home. My aim is for the session to be a warm, relaxed and moving experience, not a checklist of poses. I create images that help you remember how you felt, not just how you looked. My approach: closeness and calm. Before the session I support you with a wardrobe guide to choose colours and fabrics that work well on camera. In the studio I prepare a quiet, luminous atmosphere, and I also offer outdoor sessions if you prefer the glow of the evening light. During the session I give gentle direction, talk with you and leave space for spontaneous gestures that convey truth: caresses, looks, hands on the bump. How we work together: we schedule a time with your comfort in mind; we discuss ideas, styles and whether you want to include your partner or other family members. On the day of the shoot I make sure everything flows without rush, listening to your pace and creating images with sensitivity. After the session you will receive an online gallery where you can choose the photos that move you most and, if you wish, order prints and products to keep those memories present at home. My visual language seeks intimacy and respect: soft tones, clean backgrounds and a direction that enhances your naturalness.
