Goka Photography — led by Mireia, “La Goka” — is a studio specialized in maternity photography in Manresa. We prefer to work outdoors and with natural light because we believe light is the best ally to convey calm and warmth. If you prefer, we can hold the session at home: we’ll take advantage of a bright corner in your house or bring portable lighting when needed. We help you choose the location — beach, stream, fields or mountains — and adapt the session to make it comfortable and relaxed. A distinctive feature of Goka is the fusion of photography and illustration: Mireia also creates custom belly painting. If you want an extra-special keepsake, she can paint your bump with the design you choose before the session and photograph that intimate, creative moment with the family. How we work: we start with a pre-session chat to get to know each other and define the style and locations. On the day of the session we seek naturalness, laughter and complicity; we don’t force poses but gently guide so each image captures real emotion. You can come alone, as a couple or with family and pets: maternity photos with siblings and furry friends always add life. We deliver images in high resolution in digital format and offer print options: from the classic “Caixeta de la Goka” — a keepsake box with selected prints and a USB — to custom albums if you wish.
