I'm Helena — Molinos — and my approach to maternity photography comes from the need to capture the happiness that surrounds a new life. Trained in photography and with a postgraduate degree in fashion, I combine technical skill and sensitivity to create pregnancy sessions (pregnancy session, maternity book) that preserve the emotion of the moment without artifice. I work from my studio in Mataró, a warm space where trust and calm are the priority. I prepare each session with the person in mind: natural light or soft backlight, simple and timeless compositions, and careful, precise retouching. I encourage you to bring objects that represent you — an ultrasound, the baby’s name, a cuddly toy — because those details turn the images into personal keepsakes full of emotional value. My way of working in maternity photography is close and unhurried. I don't seek forced poses: I accompany and gently guide so spontaneous gestures, glances and authentic caresses can emerge. Whether you prefer an in-studio session or a more intimate outdoor shoot, I adapt to your vision; what matters is respecting your style and creating images that will move you in years to come. I am meticulous and careful with every image: 50% is capturing a great shot, the other 50% is retouching and the final finish. For that reason I look after every stage—from preparation to the delivery of your maternity book—always aiming for a clean, elegant result full of sensitivity.
