I’m Melanie, a photographer specialized in maternity photography based in Mataró. My passion is to accompany expectant mothers through this unique stage: the waiting. My maternity sessions aim to capture the connection, calm and strength that motherhood brings, transforming everyday gestures into memories that will last forever. My approach is warm and natural. I create clean, luminous images full of tenderness, always respecting your pace and comfort. I work with natural light and simple compositions that prioritize emotion: hands on the belly, knowing glances and the details that tell your story. My goal is not to force poses but to accompany you, so each photograph reflects the authentic and intimate nature of this moment. Before the session we connect to hear your ideas: whether you prefer a studio maternity shoot, a more intimate session, or an outdoor session (beach or nearby woods around Mataró), we’ll plan it together. In the studio at Carrer Josep Pla, 1, you’ll find a variety of backdrops and resources designed to create warm atmospheres; I can also advise you on wardrobe and styling so you feel confident and beautiful in front of the camera. The experience is calm and personal: I take the time needed for you to feel comfortable, I give gentle direction and I capture the spontaneous moments that make these sessions unique.
