Hello, I’m Noelia Maridón and I photograph maternity with care and emotion. Born in Argentina surrounded by art and portraiture, I studied photography and for years I’ve focused on telling stories with sensitivity. In Palafrugell, in my photostudio, I accompany expectant mothers so they can keep images that will take them back to that precious moment. My approach as a maternity photographer is simple: respect, intimacy and authentic beauty. I work along two main lines that adapt to how you feel: natural, intimate lifestyle sessions that seek the tenderness of the moment; and more editorial or glam sessions for those who want to feel powerful and center-stage. In both styles I pay careful attention to light, textures and neutral tones so the photographs remain timeless and you can still feel the emotion when you look at them years from now. Before the session we take the time to talk: where you’d like the photos (studio or outdoors), which style resonates with you, and which garments or personal details you want to include. In the studio you have access to the studio wardrobe and, if you wish, makeup and hairstyling options to feel comfortable and confident. If you choose outdoor locations, I’ll accompany you to selected spots along the Costa Brava to take advantage of warm light and meaningful settings. My process is designed so you enjoy the experience: I guide you naturally to help you relax in front of the camera, encouraging spontaneous gestures between partners or with family. The goal isn’t posing but capturing the complicity, looks and true moments that tell your story. I work with a limited number of sessions each month because every pregnancy deserves dedication and care.
