I’m Marta Claveria, a photographer working since 2003 with a clear vocation: to tell the story of your maternity with photographs full of light and naturalness. My work as a maternity photographer in Sant Pere, Santa Caterina and La Ribera is designed so you feel comfortable, cared for and represented exactly as you are during this special time. My approach to maternity photography blends an elegant, timeless aesthetic with a documentary sensitivity: I look for those honest gestures, the looks and the quiet moments that convey what you are experiencing. I prefer natural expression over forced poses and work with soft light to create luminous, warm and serene images you’ll want to revisit for years to come. Before the session we have a friendly consultation to discuss how you envision the shoot and to choose colors and garments. In the studio I offer a client wardrobe with dresses and options specifically selected for expectant mothers, to make dressing easier and achieve a harmonious result. I will ask you to bring neutral underwear (white, black or nude) and something comfortable for anyone accompanying you if you want family photos. The session takes place in a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere; my priority is that you feel secure and at ease. I create images that mix intimate portraits with wider shots that show the body, the wait and the emotion. I apply careful editing to preserve the natural look of skin and light, and I deliver an online gallery for you to choose your favorite images.
