How I work: we start with a pre-session conversation to learn your preferences, the style you’d like and whether you prefer studio or outdoor. I generally recommend booking the session around 30–35 weeks, when the bump looks round and the mother still moves comfortably, though I always adapt to each pregnancy. In the studio I prepare an intimate, controlled atmosphere ideal for lingerie portraits or elegant tasteful nude images; outdoors I look for locations that match your style and the available light. During the session I give gentle direction for positioning and movement, but my intention is for you to forget the camera and simply enjoy. If you wish, the session can include your partner, children or even your pet to represent the full family. I provide wardrobe and color advice so everything harmonizes in the images. Additional options: you can choose a sequential package (one photo every two months) to document your pregnancy journey, and if you also want newborn photos I recommend booking the newborn session at the time of your maternity booking to coordinate dates.
