As a photographer specialized in pregnancy, my goal is to accompany you through this unique stage and turn it into images that convey calm and emotion. I’m Sara Palacios — a mother and photographer with training in imaging and marketing; my personal experience with motherhood helps me understand each gesture, each moment of waiting, and the mix of nerves and joy that pregnancy brings. My approach to maternity photography is close and relaxed. Before the session I like to talk with you to understand the idea you have in mind: whether you prefer studio or outdoor, if you want to include your partner or other children, and which color tones feel most comfortable. I recommend scheduling the session between weeks 28 and 32, when the bump is clearly shaped but you still feel agile. In warm months you can choose an outdoor session at sunset — we take advantage of the most beautiful light and golden tones — while in colder months the studio offers a warm, controlled environment for a relaxed session. In the studio I prepare simple, harmonious sets in neutral and toasted tones designed so the focus stays on you and the moment. If you bring another little one, it’s lovely to include the family; I advise wearing clothing without large patterns and soft palettes that photograph well. My work is not about forcing poses, but about guiding gently so the photos feel natural and capture the tenderness you’re looking for. I’m passionate about turning everyday memories into images you can look at years from now and remember how this adventure began. I work patiently, caring for light and details, and I want the session to be a pleasant experience: unhurried, conversational, and trusting. I’m based in Logroño and I have several nearby outdoor locations with great light, as well as a cozy studio in the city.
