I’m Tamara Machón, a photographer and graphic designer based in Alcalá de Henares, and I dedicate my work with special care to maternity photography. As a specialist in pregnancy photography, my aim is for every maternity session to be a calm, authentic and emotional experience: to capture the connection, the light and the small gestures that make this stage unique. My approach is natural and documentary, prioritizing images that convey feeling rather than rigid poses. I work both in studio and on location, depending on what best suits your personality and style. On location we can find warm light and charming corners around Alcalá de Henares; in the studio I create intimate, carefully crafted environments where you and the expectant mother are the focus. Before the session we’ll take time to discuss your ideas, choose location and color palettes, and I’ll provide wardrobe guidance so the photos look harmonious. As a graphic designer, I pay particular attention to color, composition and framing from the start, always thinking about how the images will look printed or arranged in albums if you wish. During the session I strive to create a relaxed and close atmosphere: I talk with the subject, suggest natural gestures and allow looks and caresses to emerge organically. If you’d like, we can include your partner or siblings in some photographs to reflect the new family dynamic. My way of working seeks to make you feel comfortable, let things flow, and produce sincere photographs that move you every time you see them. After the session I carefully select the best images and deliver a private online gallery where you can choose your favorites in high resolution.
