As a photographer specialized in pregnancy and maternity photography, my aim is to transform the emotion of waiting into images you will look at with your heart for many years. I’m Gloria Calé and, from my studio in Alcobendas, I create carefully crafted maternity sessions with an artistic and deeply emotional approach: pregnancy photos that reflect connection, tenderness and the beauty of this unique stage. My professional experience—more than a decade across advertising and social photography—has taught me how to combine technical skill with sensitivity. I work in a close, natural way: before the session I listen to you, we talk about what excites you and choose the setting that best fits (studio, outdoor or your own home). I like to improvise with what we have, seeking light and the small actions that tell your story without forced poses. During the maternity session I focus on creating a relaxed, safe atmosphere. I gently guide poses so you feel comfortable and authentic; many of the best images are born from spontaneity and those intimate gestures between partners or between mother and child. If you don’t like posing, that’s fine: my style blends classic portraiture with natural moments that arise between laughter and conversation. I recommend scheduling the maternity session between weeks 28 and 34, when the bump is at its most beautiful and the expectant mother often feels better. But every body and every pregnancy is different: I adapt to your pace and priorities. After the shoot, I carefully select and edit the images, tending to the color palette and atmosphere so the final gallery is consistent with the emotion of the day.
