I’m Itziar, a photographer specializing in pregnancy and maternity photography based in Boadilla del Monte. My approach focuses on capturing motherhood with an intimate, artistic and honest eye: images that speak of strength, change and the love new life brings. I work with mothers who want to be represented as they truly are—without artifice—celebrating both beauty and the real marks of the journey. My way of working is calm and close. The maternity sessions I offer prioritize naturalness: I avoid forced poses and prefer to be a collaborator in the connection between the mother, her body and her surroundings. I often travel to your home—that place where safety and memories live—because I believe the best memories are born there. I also offer outdoor sessions when we’re looking for a specific atmosphere or a special family location. Before the session I guide you through every step: wardrobe advice, finding the best light in your home and designing the session so it’s a pleasant, pressure-free experience. I have a small selection of maternity garments available if you need help with outfits, and I send a preparation guide with ideas to make getting ready easier. My intention is that you feel seen and empowered; that these photographs become a gift for you and for the generations to come. Alongside commissioned work I develop FUERZA MADRE, a personal project that makes visible real motherhood—including complex and diverse stories—and reflects my commitment to an honest narrative of maternity.
