I’m Ana C. Mejia and at Nace Fotografía I devote myself with passion to maternity photography. With more than eight years of experience and postgraduate training abroad, I have specialized in creating pregnancy sessions that are, above all, honest and memorable. My aim is for you to look and feel like yourself: natural, empowered and ready for your baby’s arrival. I recommend scheduling a maternity session between weeks 28 and 34 of pregnancy: it’s when the shape of the bump is seen with elegance and the mother usually feels comfortable. I often propose outdoor sessions — natural landscapes work as ideal backdrops — although I always adapt the plan to your wishes. Before the session we take time to talk so I can learn your story, your tastes and the atmosphere you want to create; I provide wardrobe advice and small guidelines so everything flows naturally. My approach combines technical skill with sensitivity: I understand light, value authenticity and seek to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary. I work with patience and respect, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy and have fun; many clients highlight how the session becomes a moment of personal celebration. During the shoot I accompany you with gentle, friendly directions so each gesture is captured with spontaneity. As a specialist in newborn and family photography as well, I bring to maternity sessions an intuition for seizing intimate moments and gestures of tenderness. I deliver carefully selected and edited images, with a warm, cinematic style that enhances the emotion in every photograph. Final images are retouched thoughtfully to maintain a natural look and timeless quality.
