I’m Belén, a photographer based in Alicante with over three decades of experience and a special passion for maternity. My maternity photography is born from the joy of recording this unique stage: the wait, the glances, the gestures and the family connection. As a maternity specialist my aim is for every maternity session to become an authentic, intimate and beautiful keepsake. My approach blends documentary sensitivity with an artistic style. I prefer to work with natural light in my Alicante studio, although I also shoot outdoors when you want a more spontaneous setting. I adapt to your personality: from softer, romantic images to more contemporary proposals, backlit shots or silhouettes. What remains constant is the search for images that reflect who you are in this moment and the emotion of the wait. During a maternity session I prioritise comfort and calm. Before the appointment we talk to understand your expectations, advise you on wardrobe and props, and decide whether you’ll come alone, with your partner or accompanied by the little ones. During the session I provide gentle, unhurried direction: I accompany you, suggest natural poses and leave room for spontaneity. The result is fresh, natural maternity photos full of feeling. Beyond individual sessions, I offer a close, continuous service: many families prefer to combine the maternity session with a newborn session to preserve the whole story.
